Superb location near public transport with a cozy garden area. The staff offered a warm welcome with a complimentary drink. Spacious suites had well-equipped kitchens and a unique decor that created a lovely atmosphere.
The air conditioning system was a bit disruptive, cycling on and off during the night, affecting sleep quality.

Just stop looking and book rooms here! Close to a tram station that gets you to the city center in just minutes. The room was very spacious with an amazing bed, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Plus, it has a nice balcony perfect for chilling in the summer.

my stay at parks 73 the townhouse was excellent! i previously visited vienna but this time i was blown away by the spacious garden view suite. the clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and comfortable bed made sightseeing so much easier.

The spacious room offered a beautiful garden view. It was also very clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The staff provided friendly and prompt service, making our experience enjoyable.
