The location was magnificent and wonderful, near to a store, the centre of Vienna and very close to Rennwegg train station to get to the airport.

The hotel had a central location and it was next to Mahnmal Aspangbahnhof. There were a supermarket and a convenience store around the venue. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the garden.

Their rooms are always silent and well-designed with great value for money and impeccable sheets, as example. The hotel's staff are pleasant and consistently courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, being close to both the train station and tram stop, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The staff were incredibly helpful and considerate, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the small touches, like the welcome drink and the champagne we received on arrival because it was Christmas. The service here was top-notch, and we were even given the option for room service and laundry service.

This place exceeded our expectations with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a really really nice stay on vacation, really enjoyed it. Everything was lovely, incredibly welcoming staff, nice views of the garden. Marvellous location so close to a tram line as well as Belveder castle, I felt safe.

The room was big size and complete with a comfy bed, a huge fridge, for instance, I had everything needed. An electric kettle, a dishwasher and refrigerators were nice. Central location was a plus.

Early check in and late check out. Strong internet, parking nearby. Easy access to Vienna International airport, within 12 miles.

During my stay at Parks 73 The Townhouse, I was impressed by the comfortable apartment equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and all the necessary appliances. The furniture was in excellent condition and had a stylish look. Additionally, having umbrellas available at the reception was a thoughtful touch.

Great and lovely location with parking nearby. Located in 5 minutes' walk from Kardinal-Nagl-Platz metro station. Spacious room with shampoo, modern design, a terrace.

The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, and some even have a little garden area. The location is ideal, being very close to the city center and a short walk from the train station where the S7 train from the airport stops. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to explore the city.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The stay was GREAT and I would definitely go back. The airport was 12 miles away from here, great location. Tried some takeout specials at Baros, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
